Water
Water is often my subject matter. This series is not limited to seascapes as tide pools, river currents, tropical islands, abstracts and often, the action, motion and energy of the ocean and rivers intrigue me. My childhood in Oregon visiting the coast and the mountains and my travels worldwide gave me many opportunities to observe and absorb the many attributes of the waters of the world. I can go into my head and be sitting somewhere on the beach or on a rock with the noise of the crashing waves drowning out everything else. I'm thankful for those many hours, something I never forget." TEXAS 2011. I have added to this series a sub-series titled "Rain" One of these days the drought in Texas will end and when it does...well.....
